Unfortunately the blocks were all broken which is a real nuisance when you load them into the softener.

However Waqar from HS could not have been more sympathetic or helpful. He offered to replace the whole lot, but we agreed on an extra pack of two being sent to me to offset the inconvenience.

It’s not often you find a company interested in after sales, but HS Direct most certainly are and were willing to back that up with positive action.
